Number 900?!?! Man oh man... I have a lot of entries...
Yay for recooperation!
Three straight days of eat, sleep, and work. Maybe a lil' TV/movies here an there. Oh, and I drank water like no other, of course drinking at work, don't like the soft water at home...
I have decided that I have made many accomplishments in the past 30 days, I refuse to do -anything- for 5 whole days. This is day four. And so I shall...not. There is plenty of things I should do, but I won't. I deserve some sick days.
I have made my goals this month of moving out and getting a doc appointment. I should go join a gym and find/explore this area. I should do laundry and find healthier things to eat. I should actually cook one of these days, take out the garbage, wash some dishes, clean the tiolet, etc. I should prolly see if I have to mow a lawn. I need to go pick up some stuff from home (one of the many) but I don't want to risk getting her sick, but she has most of my remedies.
So much to do and I refuse to do any of it!
Feeling much better today. I slept and slept after work, watched some TV, and slept some more. This morning I got up and went to the shower and hacked everything out of my throat and I feel SO much better. The sore throat seemed to have slowly disappeared which seemed to give me the energy to continue on! I wonder how I made it the last three days at work, but then I think its just a cold and takes my voice/throat and maybe my nose, but everything else still functions. Now if it was the flu....thas another thing. It also helped a TON that the boss was gone for like 4 hours of each day the past few days. Gave me some down time. I watched movies an such to keep my mind off my throat. Along with that I've noticed that I didn't stop eating the past three days merely to subdue my throat, so did NOT help my weight problem.
One step at a time.
