Good day chums. Here's an update in the wonderful world of Harry Potter.
Supposedly news has gone to Mugglenet that they have "recieved word from a reliable source that Scholastics (US publishers) are planning to release Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince in possibly June 11th or June 18th, 2005! Although this has not been confirmed by any official source, it does seem quite logical."
There was a big party in London last night (18th actually) for the launch of the 'Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban' DVD.
The Knight bus turned up with the cast on board and the venue was packed full of ghostly figures, shrouded in spooky dry ice and surrounded by people holding owls.
The place was decked out like Hogwarts great hall, with clips from the film playing, a free tuck shop with old fashioned jars of sweets being handed out by witches and a chocolate fountain.
We quizzed Hermione about the fourth movie they're filming at the moment, and she couldn't contain her excitement:
"We have a new director, called Mike Newell, who did 'Four Weddings And A Funeral', which is one of my favourite films of all time, so that's very exciting. He's brilliant."
"It's a great plot. Although the book was quite dark, he's really bringing out some really great elements in it, like a lot of the awkwardness between teenagers and there are some fantastic jokes. It's brilliant."
Haven't posted for a while. Keep in touch!
