One hour.

Feeling: worn
TJ's picking me up in an hour. To save money [me, for my trip, him, for school], we've decided that we'll do chore dates. I hope today is Cleaning The Car day! Hot. Hahaha. Blah. I still need to finish painting my room. But I can't move down into the basement until the parents do some more stuff down there. I just want to be on a different floor. I can start buying stuff for when I move out after I'm done school. Yesss. : )

O....kay.

Feeling: punky
So I have too much to do on the internet already. I have another [secretive] blog...and regretably, a myspace. And I'm here....? Because? Well. I'll probably get to talk to Justin a little more...but now that we're working in the same building, that shouldn't be overwhelmingly difficult. But yes. Onto the diary part. I can't believe that I get to leave. I still can't wrap my mind around buying my plane tickets. Sewing a Canadian flag onto my backpack, and going. ["In my head, there's a Greyhound station/where I set my thoughts to far off destinations/So they may have a chance of finding a place where they're far more suited than here"] Megan's been pounding it into my mind that nothing can stop me. That we're leaving September 23 and no one can stand in our way. She's bringing the passport papers to work on Monday. I'm using my income tax to buy my tickets. Round trip to London. From London, we go underground, and take a train into France. In France, we hike the country side to Italy. And then....nearing the third week of the trip - we get to hike Pilgrim's Trail in Spain. [[Too good to be true.]] I still can't understand. It's impossible....but not! I'm a young girl. Shouldn't walk the streets at night. I get robbed [literally.] I need to be responsible & go to school.... But it's going to work. It's all planned out. I register for school before I leave, so no one can tell me to do otherwise. And then I'm gone. Thirty days in foreign countries. Me, my backpack, my camera & journal, my friend by my side. September, come quickly.
