hey cc, dont do four at once its seriously a waist if you're trying to lose weight. one stacker two burns up all your fat from the meal, four just bounce around and make you hyper, do whatever i guess but if i were you i would just do one at a time ( i know i did two but that wasnt to lose weight that was because i was wanting extreme hyperness) well i love yuo guyes and im gonna try to call you laters alright? byes roscoe
