Yesterday in weight training we did squats. Thats where u have a bar behind ur neck and u squat down ten times, like 3 reps. the bar is 45 so i put on ten bc i was lazy yesterday, well apparently im not used to this kind of exercise bc those squats kicked my butt. today i couldnt go up the stairs and we did cardio in gym so it sucked even more. AHHHH! so im stil sore and hopefully we dont do squats til after the pep rally. speaking of the pep rally, everything is goin good, like i haver the dance at the right speed i just need to really perfect and get sharper. one part we arent suppose to be sharp and im really tense when i do it bc i cant do it right so i look like an idiot. ahh. o well ill practice bein less stressed on that part. we didnt get to build today but yesterday we got the build so we arent freakin out. we just need to make it look alot cleaner. im sure we will do fine tho. i hope im not doin as bad as i think i am in ap lit. i have only gotten like 3 things back and they were an A, a C, and a F so i have a very wide range of grades. i think i have a c right now so yeah. im sure ill be able to bring it up with the project tho. . hopefully! well im gonna go to bed bc im really tired. i feel like and old lady cuz its only 9:30 but im beat! love ya krista
