of course i didnt do anything today exept get yelled at (like always) all i did was ask my mom if i could go to the skate park with my best friend vicky and her younger uncles and my mom said we will see but then she said no. all i want to do is go hang out with my friends once in a while but noooo my mom always says fucking no no no no and no.

Parents can be fuck tarded at times can't they? My partner since he moved out with me, said he's never gotten on better with his parents - It gave them a new perspective i guess. Hopefully the same will happen for you too someday
I think that "we will see" in Parent Language means a definite "no".
Parents kinda suck like that.
