Hey all, I know I promised that I'd be writing in here all the time...but life's been busy. A lot of things have happened good and bad since my last entry. My grandma passed away soon after I visited her, which was tough. She was one of the sweetest old ladies around... I've been pretty busy with school...same old..same old. Robin, Megan, and I went and saw Just Friends on my birthday. I definately recommend it...I cried it was so funny! Let's see...today I'm running on about 1.5 hours of sleep. Thanks to a GRE exam this morning and Molecular Biology. It's not a big deal, right? Just my future on the line... But I figure I can always retake the GRE, which I think I will a few more times this year. Not because it's the greatest thing and everyone should be doing it...but because I want to make sure I portray myself the best that I can to my hopefully soon to be grad school. But if I don't get in, I'll just work for awhile and try, try, again. Molecular Biology didn't go bad at all. Yes, I was the last one in the room at the end...but I was able to get everything written down that I needed to. So, I'm pretty sure I didn't fail...which means I'll graduate. I'm so glad that class is over. So I was walking down the steps of Curtiss...minding my own business...and suddenly I'm sliding down the stairs. Lucky for me it was at like 5pm so there was no one around...and it was an inside staircase and not the huge one outside. But needless to say converse shoes and slushy steps don't mix. I don't think I hurt myself...but who knows...maybe I won't be able to move tomorrow and have to call into work. Although, I highly doubt that. I'm not one to make up an excuse for anything. So, yeah. That's my life right now in a nut shell. I have two HUGE papers due on Wednesday that I feel are going to cause me to have just as much sleep as I had last night...but I'm in college and this is pretty much the most stressful time of year. I have one final, if you can call it that, in English 302 tomorrow. It shouldn't take me very long...and then I'll have to go back to work. Papers due Wednesday, and two finals on Thursday. Man, I can't wait until break... Sleeping, reading, watching VH1 (my family just got cable in Colorado...my dad has had enough of watching TV from just 3 channels, the mountains are in the way), and of course the big kicker: doing nothing school related! Can't wait. Oh, did I mention my family moved to Colorado? Yup, they did. I went and visited there over break, and it is awesome. Just down the road from our house there's a buffalo farm. And you can see the mountains from everywhere! Anyway, this is long enough. So, hopefully I caught you all up!
