Well this guy sounds messed up. Ok so you never see this guy so do you live miles away or what??? If thats the cause then there really is nothing you can do, he said he would call nad still has not, ok the only think i can say is don't give up hope. I had a guy friend that moved and he didnt call me until 3 months later. I was upset but i was just happy to hear is voice. So dont give up hope. If he 2 are friends he will call you!!!
