25 pounds later....who cares :P

Feeling: accomplished
Its pretty cool seeing the changes in your life when you actually stayed devoted to something. Ive spent the past what since late April early May...? ive started there with simple little weights i swear to god like lifting 10 poundds total haha just doing lots of reps...then i started LIFTING....then i started playing basketball...then i started running then i started playing baseball and lifting....then i stopped drinking soda, then i started swimming....now 25 pounds later...im the same guy just HEALTHY and well...and slimmed down noticably. i swear my clothes are loose as hell and its annoying but a good annoying haha soda is not needed as of mid May...im coming on 4 months without a soda <33333 -ChrisJay
