save it to your computer, and then to the images thing on sit. Rename it my_background.[jpg or gif, whichever it is]. If you had a picture as your background before, the old one might come up, and if it does, just log out, and x out the whole page. Then go back on and log in and it should work. if it doesn't, double check that you named it right.
