this is my first actual diet diary that im gonna do, coz no1 knows this so i can just write how much i weigh n stuff n it doesnt matter, hopefully i can write how much i lose ns till have 2 lose and it will help me keep it going, ive been on my diet for 11 days now n eating around 500 calories a day , sum days up 2 around a 1000 but im trying 2 cut down, coz im not at home ne more i can only weigh myself when i go back so my next weigh in will b sumwhere between the 26th n 29th, which will mean i have been dieting for around 3 weeks n i hope 2 have lost nearly a stone coz be4 i lost a stone in 2 weeks but i havent been going 2 the gym which im going 2 do soon. im not one of these already skinny girls who wanna b anorexic or just that 2 control a part of their life, i actually have weight 2 lose, around 50-60 pounds 2 start with and when or if i reach that il c how i look. hopefully i can get sum scales in bring them back with me so i can kee check properly. i just wanna b more hapy n feel confident when i go out n i need 2 change my life 2 do it n i think this is the way forward 4 me
