my diet is going really well , i had a chicken salad again 2day, but yesterday i had shit loads of alchol, so i dunno hw thats gonna affect it, i didnt have nething 2 eat in the day so least that wasnt 2 bad, we r ment 2 b joing the gym 2moz n i cant wait, its gonna b better being able 2 go 2 the gym a few tyms a week aswell
