I'm sure he likes you, otherwise he wouldn't have reacted lke he did. Guys at your age are shy and scared of girls. Don't worry, we are usually the first to make moves. Soon, it will change in the older stages of the teenage years. Just be patient, and keep in touch with him when he moves. Make sure to call and email and visit him. Luvs.
