Truman Capote

Listening to: Wordplay - Jason Mraz
Photobucket - Video and Image Hosting I just got done watching Capote. It was by far, one of the best movies I have seen in quite some time. Phillip Seymour Hoffman did a wonderful job capturing the strangeness and alien ways of the great writer, Truman Capote. This movie changed my view on the book and on Perry Smith, one of the murderers of the Clutter family. If you haven`t read the book, I suggest you do that. This book is a must to read before you die. The movie In Cold Blood is also a must see. It`s one of the only movies I`ve seen that have changed hardly anything from the book. In fact, the only thing I think that they did was leave parts out. Then again, it was made in the 60`s. It was an amazing movie and an amazing book. All made by an amazing writer. Too bad he died of alcoholism. He could have died so much better. i would give away my sweetest memories if i could just be with you again.
