today has been ok... i had a chicken salad 4 dinner but i also had sum eggs n toast 4 my tea n ive been going so well just having 1 meal a day, i think its coz i had my dinner so early...arrgghhh!! i ate after 8 oclock wich i didnt wana do, but ive noticed my trousers r becoming looser which is gud =) im doing a juice faster 2moz so im only gonna have water n juice 2 drink hopefully , il just c how it goes tho!!

my diet is going really well , i had a chicken salad again 2day, but yesterday i had shit loads of alchol, so i dunno hw thats gonna affect it, i didnt have nething 2 eat in the day so least that wasnt 2 bad, we r ment 2 b joing the gym 2moz n i cant wait, its gonna b better being able 2 go 2 the gym a few tyms a week aswell

reflection

I feel the past week has gone well and ive got from eating 3 meals and junk 2 just eating one meal a day n possibly 2, thursday n friday were bad days 4 me, i guess its coz i was at home and didnt want my mum 2 worry, so i just ate 2 keep her happy, but she knows i wanna lose weight n thinks one meal a day is gud 4 me, but its harder at home but i think i did ok. I feel better for not drinking alcohol since saturday n even then i didnt drink alot, normally i go out on 2 big nights out 2 a club where i drink pints, reefs, vodka and numerous shots 2 just having one i had saturday which i feel is a big improvment, and also i havent got 2 the su for a drink mid week which i wud of normally dun every nite. I dont feel hungry at the moment but im just scared that if i eat less i mite get hunry in a few days n ruin it, i find that eating around 6 oclock is good because i dont feel hungry early or later and i only eat one healthy meal, so im feeling positive, im a bit worried about 2nite coz its craigs party and i said id get all the food in, n i dont mind bout that its just if i drink , coz i know thats alot of calories n id rather just not, so i mite have one can n that will b fine, but i guess il just have 2 wait n c

real me

this is my first actual diet diary that im gonna do, coz no1 knows this so i can just write how much i weigh n stuff n it doesnt matter, hopefully i can write how much i lose ns till have 2 lose and it will help me keep it going, ive been on my diet for 11 days now n eating around 500 calories a day , sum days up 2 around a 1000 but im trying 2 cut down, coz im not at home ne more i can only weigh myself when i go back so my next weigh in will b sumwhere between the 26th n 29th, which will mean i have been dieting for around 3 weeks n i hope 2 have lost nearly a stone coz be4 i lost a stone in 2 weeks but i havent been going 2 the gym which im going 2 do soon. im not one of these already skinny girls who wanna b anorexic or just that 2 control a part of their life, i actually have weight 2 lose, around 50-60 pounds 2 start with and when or if i reach that il c how i look. hopefully i can get sum scales in bring them back with me so i can kee check properly. i just wanna b more hapy n feel confident when i go out n i need 2 change my life 2 do it n i think this is the way forward 4 me
