As I was resting,
You covered me in layers
upon layers,
Of black sheets.
Hoping to cover my soul,
because it breaks your heart
everytime you see it.
As I was leaving,
You gave me boxes,
upon boxes,
Of food.
In an attempt to feed
My curiosity,
And keep me from coming back.
As I was inhaling,
you spoke to me with words,
upon words,
of reality.
Turning me cold to the world,
trying to shatter,
my d r e a m s.
[As I was concluding,
you were about lying,
upon lying,
I realized,
There is nothing bounding me to you
Except the debt you owe,
for breaking and losing my heart.]
Weak ending, needs work. Any suggestions?
