Praise him under open skies Everything breathing praising God So I've been doing a lot of thinking lately.. See this book I have to read for school about the world's religions is pretty boring, but it's also got me thinking. Every culture that has ever existed in human history has worshipped something. It could be a tree, the sun, a statue, God, whatever. But they all worship. Why? Because we were created to worship. It's the way we're wired. And if people don't know about God or don't believe in him, they will find something else to worship. Yeah I know you're thinking "this girl is stupid.. what about atheists?" Atheists do it too. They think they don't, but they do. It's not God they worship, but there is something in their life that holds as much importance as only God should. Something they build their lives around. It might be sports or family or a relationship or even their atheism itself. But it's something. But think about it, if we were not created by any type of God.. if we evolved from whatever... would we be made that way? Someone put a desire to worship in us.. and it's because we were made to worship him. And if we're not doing that there's an empty feeling inside like something's missing. Interesting isn't it... ♥Ann
