My house is cold because a. my dad was a polar bear in his previous life; b. my dad is an energy conservationist in the present life (read: miser) and likes to keep the windows open in the evening to keep the house cooler during the day, thus reducing need for a/c; and c. it was raining outside and we'd all just come in wet, OF COURSE IT WAS COLD. heh . and it was my blanket, you poohead.
