Hello Yarn's
Irish Hiking Scarf.
I lo------ve cables. I've always wanted to make this scarf because it looks beautiful with all those lovely cables, but now that I'm done with it, I think I'm done with cables for a while as well. I made it for JD, since he's lacking in protective outerwear, but it'll probably be commendeered by me for the week it's cold enough to wear.
Onward.

Look at all the cables!

Folded on the counter. The color's not accurate in either picture; it's more in between the two. The color's called 'rust' but it looks more like burnt orange to me. I've decided I don't like the color in electric light, but in natural light I love it.

Semi-action shot. I haven't even brushed my hair or anything yet this morning, so none of the shots with my head actually in them are presentable. Maybe I'll force JD to take a picture with his scarf on, but that won't be till Saturday.
Stats:
Yarn - Vanna's Choice in Rust. Can you tell I like this yarn? It's nice and soft after it's been washed.
Needles - Crystal Palace size 8 straights.
