She's never been kissed- She must be uncool. She doesn't wear make-up- She must be a fool. She's an honors student- She's obviously a nerd. Well, there's more to it than that- Haven't you heard? Maybe I'm walking alone- But I'm wearing a smile. And I dress like I do- 'Cause I like my own style. I don't have a boyfriend- Who needs one of those? I've got friends all around me- And that's what I've chose. I don't need make-up- Because I'm not insecure. And I try hard in school- 'Cause I'm actually mature. So judge me, condemn me- Do you really think I care? You can't know me by looking At the clothes I wear. So unless you actually try To see who I really am- Your criticisms can't touch me- And I don't give a damn. And so I have explained enough about my life and also my friends'.
