Wow. Two years all it took for me to grow up and realize a couple of things.
Two years ago if you asked me to listen to Country music, all I would say is 'ew no'.
Now if you ask me to listen to a Country song, I would say 'sure why not?'
I love music but now I truly understand it and appreciate it. Any genre of music. Why do I? Because I listen to the lyrics, for the meaning. Music is an escape. It's been all around me ever since I was born. Yeah bands sell out I admit they do, but now that I think abut it some still have their meaningful lyrics like they did before. They just sound different. If anything I think its the record companies and their greed.
High school.
I'm still a Sophomore and I'm learning a lot of stuff. But what I learned the most is to just stop listening to rumors and ignore drama. I was never one to like it but it was sometimes interesting to me. If people start telling me someone else's business I tell them to stop because its not any of my business if some girl fucked ten guys in 5 days or who is cheating on each other. I can't fix what they've done neither can you so why bother listening to it. High school is going to be a lot like the real world but no one is growing up so far. They are just digging themselves deeper in the kid hole.
