Feeling: sluggish
So from working out the past couple of days I'm uber sore. I wanted to go to a class this morning and a few people agreed to go with me. Right now I still want to go but with how sore my body is I just don't feel it's a good idea. I'm still going to wake my friends up see if they want to go perhaps if they still want to go I will as well. I just know a.) i'm really freaking tired and could still use the sleep and B.) I hurt just about every were. I can feel it in my abs every time I move, I can feel it in my legs and even my ribs hurt...well really the muscle around the ribs but it still feels like my ribs...lol
