Ace wants to be a gym leader? I really don't see how she will ever be able to be a leader at this rate. Maybe if she matures majorly then she'll be able to make it. She keeps on talking to the little ones all the time and keeps on playing with them. they're not going to be able to learn what they are supposed to at this rate.
