Listening to: Tom Petty - Mary Jane's Last Dance
Its scurry to think that this time two years ago, I met Corey. Scurry thought indeed.
Chuck went to go work with my dad today. They lurve each other. And like, they talked about chess last night? I love that they get along so well, and Chuck is at complete ease with my parents. They want him to move in when his parents go to Costa Rica. He is still reluctant about it, but agreed.
He will sleep in the Cabana. It has a massive porch, so we can get one of those folding futon/couch things and lay under massive amounts of quilts and down blankets with my dads pot belly stove to keep us warm, even though we will be already warmed by our own...er love(Still feels sappy, even though its true. Please forgive me.) Besides, in the Cabana, there is a loft, and we are going to get him a matress for it. He will also have electricity, cable, a phone line, and the air conditioner, as well as space heater(its huge, and heats up my room within minutes, and the Cabana is way smaller then my room) for winter. I will clean out my house(which is right next door to the Cabana) and we can be neighbors with an adjoining flowerbed filled with lavender, chamomile, sage, rosemarry, and my favorites; lillies and pansies. In the spring we will bring in all the roses that grow in various planters about our property(we have white-green, purple, candy caine(red and white striped, really...Ill take a picture when they bloom) little red ones, pink, yellow, yellow with pink edges, and orange-yellow) into our places so that they always smell of roses, even in the winter. We will have a little Christmas tree, with only our favorite musician picture ornaments(its great that he likes David Bowie almost as much as I do) and always have an star with a red and blue lightning bold in the middle. In the summer, when the parents aren't home, we will go for a nice swim in the pool, then lay on the Cabana roof to dry off. And in the fall, we will cuddle up with lightweight sweaters and drink hot chocolate while watching the leaves of our three trees(fruit cocktail tree(with four fruits all on one tree) the pomegranate tree, and the apple tree) out of my house windows. Late at night we will stay up and watch all the great old movies with the stars like Cyd Charisse, Ava Gardner, Vivien Leigh, and always, Buster Keaton...never Charlie Chaplin.
I think we might just stay forever.
Im happy you seem really happy with Chuck!
