have you ever had difficulty speaking. where the words are in your head but they just dont come out? you know what you want to say but forget all together how to? i have done that a lot. its like my tongue gets in the way and i forget how to say words. i dont know how to work my mouth sometimes. maybe im better off that way. "dont speak, youre doing everyone a favor" sometimes i forget how to swallow... like if i am taking a drink i forget how to swallow it and almost talk. it was wierd. kinda scary.
