ok so i woke up at 12 idk y im sleepin so late i never do but thts ok i dont have ne thing speshul to do ne way lol i ahve decided to do wat deanna is doing do 1000 crunches a day yes i kno its alot but i really wanna lose sum weight lol and im not about to go all anerexic so working out is better im eating rice crispys rite now and listening to cky cky is pretty damn good ty cody for telling me to dl them ah so is gob lol ty roxie for telling me to dl them im bored not so bored but just bored my dad wants me to go to the movies with him to see war of teh worlds mabe cc will wanna come too "i dont blame u for being u but u cant blame me for hating it so say wat r u waitin for "kiss her , kiss her" i set my clocks erly cuz i kno im always late" good song lol well im gonna go ive run out of shit to type lol

Your welcome about that GOB tip. 1000 seems a bit much but have fun. Its easier to start out with like... ten first and increse each week but have at it. Hope you have fun at the movies today, LOVE.
