Is it true that you have to pay a doller per song to be put on your ipod?

Well if I had an ipod, it would lay on my bedroom floor for a month, and then I would add 10 songs, actually use it, and it would end up on the floor again. (:
That was my hair on Halloween, I was Sydney Bristow the spy from ALIAS. I just used that hair spray stuff. I actually cut my hair all off recently.
