Yes i'm a Nanna - I like tea.

So I'm a Nanna. Not as in my kids have procreated but in that Rob describes my personality as that of a Nanna. And who am I to argue. I love my dressing gown and slippers - they're uber comfortable. I can't remember the other reasons for me being a Nanna, not even sure there was any others.

So we had a busy weekend. Was fun though. We were at the airport very late on Friday eve to welcome home a mate from his OE. Forgot about daylight savings, one kid had managed to pee through herself while the other puked all over herself outside the airport, they stunk, everyone was tired but it was fun. Saturday we all slept in (despite Rob telling me he was going to make me get up at 6am - i'm not a morning person) and we went to Granny's place and hung out, with the aunty and cousin as well, then went to lunch - mMm kebab, came home and everyone slept till 7pm then Rob took me on a date and even organised a fireworks display :P was a FAB dinner - meat, more meat and even more meat. Went for a bit of a drive then home to the kids and granny. Sunday we went to a farm day and saw the sheep getting sheared, there was horse rides and bouncy castles and hay rolling and cow lotto and pigs and shooting and so much more. Was great. Then out to lunch and then stopped to visit more whanau after that. Not much spare time this weekend though we did manage to find our house under all the mess.

On another point I decided the other day that I should give up my morning hot chocolate (4 a week) because it could save me $16 p/w. But then I decided no I won't because I like them (Edith is the best hot chocolate maker I have ever come across) and it isn't like I smoke and it's healthier than coffee (which revolts me) and yea but now Edith has disappeared and I have to actually place my order - she used to glimpse me and make it straight away - and the new people just don't make it like she did so am thinking i'll move on to tea, they're cheaper and can't be fucked up. But i'll have to drink heaps of milk at home to make up for my calcium deficiency.
