For your picture in the background you go to Image Manager. Then you upload a picture. And you rename it my_background.jpg! Then for your cursor I'll give you my code and you just fill in the font, color, and saying

Go to Preferences and All of that goes in where it says "HEADER"~ All you gotta do is choose the messge and type it were mine is and the color from the color box above and the text you want!
