I'm ba-ack. Whooptie freakin' doo. So it's been how long since I've been back? I don't know. This site was pissing me off being down or unable to edit my background or anything. Now it looks like my other diary has been wiped. WTF?
Anyway... since we last spoke, however long ago, I have gone back to lazy and gained weight. My last weigh-in at the doctor's was in June and I was 154. I think I'm at about 157 now. This last week I have had a trial run with a personal trainer studio. It's only 30-minute sessions, but they Kick Your Ass! I was literally grunting though some of the workouts. It was great! The best it that almost everything they teach I can do at home. This is good since I am off for a week while I wait for the checks from some stock option sells that will pay for three months with the trainer. $1440! It's expensive as hell and I need to hide it some way from the bf when doing the tax returns, but it will be sooo worth it.
I am trying to be dedicated. Friday and today (I think because I knew I wouldn't see them for a week) I got really bad with my eating habits -- two cupcake packs, and almost no water. I did buy healthy meals, though. Stuff I have never eaten before. I bought broccoli for god's sake.
Anyway... Figured I see if this place was still alive and drop a post. Most of my stuff will be at lj from now on, but I'm not posting there again until I know my weight (either if I can hit Publix or when I start training on the 27th). I try to visit here once and again too.

As you can see, I haven't posted in way too long. I suck; 'nuff said.
I'm still going to the gym, just not as much or as regular. Took off 2 1/2 weeks due to sickness, and fucked myself but not good.
This week I'm prepping for vay-cay, so no gym. Friday thru the following Sunday I'll be in Philly. Again no gym. Once I'm back I swear I'll be better. I got a plan. Just don't hold me to it.
I'm a sucky little slacker. That's why I'm no longer the size 1 I used to be. We'll see what happens.

My butt is sooo... sore tonight. I worked so hard a freakin' muscle in my bum started twitching while I was on the tread. It was good.
Last night I started my upper body strength training. That was about 45 minutes including warm up. Today, all cardio.

Now I'm making dinner. Greasy fries and fried clams. I don't quite think I'm improving myself, just undoing what I'm trying to work for. Oh well. We'll see how it goes.
Okay, I'm back to posting this shit. As you can see by the title, it looks like I lost a few pounds. No bad; not entirely trusting, but fuck it I'm happpy. I am also a bit queasy. Crunches make me kind of sick, so ya know.
Anyway, today was cut a tad short due to leg cramps. FYI, dehydration sucks. So short cardio, some leg work, and a brief ab workout as below:

So I skipped the gym Monday... and Saturday and Sunday this past weekend, but I did walk around New Smyrna Beach for several hours Saturday so I think that should count.
I did go to the gym Tuesday and Wednesday, and even started weights with a training yesterday. It was only legs and abs, and next week I'll work on the upper body weights. I found that I have no upper body strength. Tried to do a trunk roll, couldn't support myself. Ah well... fuck it.
I don't have a workout log for the last two days. Yes, I am being a bit lax. Fuck you. Anyway... tomorrow's a bullshit weight-in. Don't expect anything.

Okay. So I have new acheys from the gym. No big, just means I'm doing good. I have decided the scales at the gym are possessed. I weighed in today (and actually looked at it yesterday just to see), and now it says 163. This is what it said yesterday as well. It is what my doc had me at a few months ago and I didn't feel like I had lot weight between that time. Oh well... onto the log (2 days worth).

This phones wouldn't stop ringing. I lost my pad with pending shit to do. I ran over my lunch start time. I only had 40 minutes for lunch. That means that now I couldn't go home for lunch, and since that what I had planned I didn't bring anything. So I went to Albertson's and bought a pint of Mint M&M ice cream and a Coke. The was my lunch. I ate almost the entire pint in the 20 minutes I had left when I got back to the office. It was good.
I also didn't go to the gym today. But I did go yesterday even though I was late getting home and extremely pissed off (bad work day). This means that my normal 90min workout was down to 55min.

Okay, so first thing that I've realized: even at the gym, weigh youself on only one scale. At the gym today I found another scale in the locker room. Oh a whim, though I planned only to weigh in once a week, I decided to see what it said. Just shy of 150lbs. This is sooo much more likely than Friday's 143. I'm going to stick with that scale here forh and hope it stays fairly consistant. Anyway... omward.

Yesterday was my first day back to a gym in aboout a year. As I am generally very sedetary, I am taking it slow until my first personal trainer session this coming week.
