Well, this is my first entry. This is my diary tracking my weight loss. I am 29 years old. 4'11" and as of yesterday 143lbs (size 14) according to the gym scale. Yesterday was my first day back to a gym in aboout a year. As I am generally very sedetary, I am taking it slow until my first personal trainer session this coming week. Workout Log Treadmill Warm up - 15 min @ 2.7mph Workout - 60 min @ 3-3.4mph 0-2 incline (varying "Forest Hike") Cool Down - 15 min @ 3.2 decreasing to 2.7mph I'm not mentioning a diet as I am not changing that... yet. It's not that I overeat; just too much sugar and too infrequent meals.
