Okay, so first thing that I've realized: even at the gym, weigh youself on only one scale. At the gym today I found another scale in the locker room. Oh a whim, though I planned only to weigh in once a week, I decided to see what it said. Just shy of 150lbs. This is sooo much more likely than Friday's 143. I'm going to stick with that scale here forh and hope it stays fairly consistant. Anyway... omward. Workout Log Treadmill Workout - 45 min @ 2.7-3.4mph 0-2 incline (varying "Forest Hike", includes warmup) Precor (kinda of like the Elliptical) Workout - 45 min @ 0-5 resistance [I never measure strides (I have to be carefull as my heartrate tends to get almost to 180bpm if I don't watch it), includes cool down] Now it's time to make dinner. Still not giving those details, but let's just say dinner tonight is homemade French toast and eggs. 'Nuff said.
