My butt is sooo... sore tonight. I worked so hard a freakin' muscle in my bum started twitching while I was on the tread. It was good. Last night I started my upper body strength training. That was about 45 minutes including warm up. Today, all cardio. Treadmill Workout 85 min @ 2.0-3.4mph 0-3 incline ("Alpine Pass", warm up and cool down) I really wanted to do 90 minute since that would give me 5 miles. Alas, it was too much and I stopped at 85 minutes and 4.5 miles. Now I'm making dinner. Greasy fries and fried clams. I don't quite think I'm improving myself, just undoing what I'm trying to work for. Oh well. We'll see how it goes.
