So I skipped the gym Monday... and Saturday and Sunday this past weekend, but I did walk around New Smyrna Beach for several hours Saturday so I think that should count. I did go to the gym Tuesday and Wednesday, and even started weights with a training yesterday. It was only legs and abs, and next week I'll work on the upper body weights. I found that I have no upper body strength. Tried to do a trunk roll, couldn't support myself. Ah well... fuck it. I don't have a workout log for the last two days. Yes, I am being a bit lax. Fuck you. Anyway... tomorrow's a bullshit weight-in. Don't expect anything. Ciao!
