BDO and School

Feeling: thrilled
Hmm... so much to write about, ill start with saturday... Eileen, Babs and I went to Melbourne Central, basically, Eileen wanted to buy this top to wear at the BDO... anyways, Eileen was coming from Lillydale (where her mum lives) and Babs and I were coming from well... where we always come from, so we were on two seperate trains... firstly, it was pouring... so my hair got soaked and the colour ran all over my face, okay, if I wasnt going to be out in the city I wouldnt mind having pink streaks all over my face... however the people staring get really annoying after a while. Anyways... argh... I dont even know what I wanted to write about saturday... there was something, but I cant remember now... oh yeah, there was this dude on stilts and "fat pants" chasing people around Melbourne Central... Babs took a photo... Sunday... Big Day Out... lemme tell you something, okay, SLIPKNOT CANNOT PLAY LIVE MUSIC TO SAVE THEIR LIVES... i always liked them so I was pretty happy to see them live but honestly... firstly, did we hear any vocals?? no. did we hear any guitar?? no. Did we hear any drums?? no. What did we hear?? Mechanically generated pre-recorded shit. How do I know this?? NONE OF THEM WERE FUCKING PLAYING AND "MUSIC" WAS PLAYING. So we had wankers spinning their guitars around over their heads and a fucking drummer eating the guitar sticks, and a vocalist throwing water into the audience... no microphone in hand mind you. I swear, after they went off everyone was walking around going "what the fuck was that??" plus, on the odd chance one picked up a microphone, it was solely to talk between songs, then the mic would go on the floor again... they kept calling us "melboonans" and they kept talking about how much sydney "rocked" ...fucking hell... were in a whole different state hear morons. Anyways, I have a new-found love and appretiation for The Hives... apart from Regurgitator, Spiderbait and Powderfinger, they were the only band to put some obvious effort in... oh and Frenzal Rhomb i guess... but The Hives were great... Onto today... first day back at school... whoop-di-do... actually, it wasnt that bad. Im in year 11 Orange with Eileen, Jacqui, Barbara and Shanlee. And we have Ms.Buckley for homeroom *yay* she's soo cute... So far all my classes ahve been good, aside from English... I have no-one in my class and the same teacher as last year... who honestly dosent like me. I had Studio Arts today, im with Nicole and Bec.H... but we have to sit in alphabetical order... so im next to Bec, but Nicole's down the other side of the room. Vis Comm is well... interesting, we have Mrs. Graham... she's really nice... anyways, Eileen, Nicole and I found the downfall to doing a year 12 subject in year 11... your in a class with year 12's... argh... And Classical Societies is fun... Ms.Buckley *yay* and its Jacqui and Me... oh and the French exchange student Chole, whose hanging around with us because majority of our group can speak french.

Up until year 11 and 12 we have to do Science, History, Geography, etc. Then we get to choose everything except english. Only one more year of PE! =D

So BDO was good then? I'm sort of happy I didn't go. =/
