I don't want to exercise, I'm lazy and unmotivated. Yay me. I don't know about the mosh pit thing. Most of your energy seems to go into trying to stay upright and getting your shoes out from under other people's feet. I jump around a little, I guess. But I hardly ever go to concerts anyway.
