;Chapter 10

The next day at school was awkward. Aries had no idea what happened, but Kelsey and Jesse attempted to stay away from each other, which was extremely hard considering they were best friends. At lunch Aries told both Jesse and Kelsey she wanted to eat alone so she could write some more. After the bell sounded Aries walked over to the tiny park beside her school and started to write. "Hey Aries." said a voice from behind her. She turned around to the sight of Jordan, the drum player in her band. "What's up Jordan?" He sat down beside her and rested his back against the tree. "Oh nothing much, just wanted to see how you're doing." "I'm just writing." "You are always writing." "Thanks for pointing out the obvious." laughed Aries. "When are we going to start practicing the new song?" "Not sure, you free tommorow?" "I'm always free for the band." "Well come to my house tommorow, and remember, the basement door." Aries reminded him, last time he rang the front door and her dad got mad. "Cool, I'll be there around four okay?" "Kay." "See you later Aries." "Bye Jordan!" she said as he got up and walked away. After school, Jesse walked over to the soccer feild. Kelsey was already there, sprinting around the track. He saw her and didn't say a word, he only smiled. After her practice they walked home together. Kelsey took Jesse's hand and held it. Neither of them said a word. They just walked. When they got to their court they let go and walked separatly to their houses. Jesse walked through the back and down the stairs to their back door. He walked into the studio and immediatly picked up the acoustic that sat in the corner.
