Well I did. But my bad week doesn't really mean that much does it? None of us have really bad days, not when we compare them to the really bad days that people expirence.
On Monday Sergeant 1st Class David J. Salie was killed in Iraq.
On Tuesday Michael Arciola was shot dead in Al Anbar province.
On Wenesday seven Americans died in Iraq. Three have not been identified. Timothy Osbey and Joseph A. Rahaim died in a car accident in Iraq. Adam J. Plumondore was killed by a car bomb and Jason Hendrix was killed by hostile fire.
On thursday two unidentified soldiers were killed.
Today at least 35 Iraqis died and 5 Americans were killed in seperate attacks.
The names of the wounded Americans and dead Iraqis will never be recorded.
The total number of American dead in Iraq is 1,474. There have been more then 10,000 wounded and things our troops will carry in their minds cannot be measured. More then 100,000 Iraqi civilians have died.
