I just got back from New Jersey. I forgot how hot it gets. And how much traffic there is. We went into New York City on Friday before coming to New Jersey. A tractor trailer truck separated from the cab so the bottom 4 lanes of the bridge were closed. but when we finally got into the city, we parked in Larry's work parking lot (so we didn't need to pay) and we walked past The Daily Show entrance and other places onto Broadway. Then, we walked through Times Square, which was amazing to see for myself.. and by the time we got to the Empire State building, there was too much of a line to wait. Soooo we left and went down 5th Avenue and up to Al's Delicatessen (screw the spelling if its wrong).. and we had some awesome food... then we walked the 20 blocks back to the car. It was only about 2-3 hours in the city, but I'm SOOO happy I went.. although it would have been nice to stop and get some prom shoes :-P
