ok so this is the dealio: lol On friday i put a down payment towards my plane ticket back to Egypt. It costs $1700 all together plus tax and i also got insurance for if i wana come back sooner than the 3 months that im gona stay there for, which comes out to be $1836 now. ummm i didn't have all the money in my account and i knew that maybe they wouldnt let me make a down-payment so i changed my clothes to look professional and sharp and i took my chances. I went there and i asked them and it worked! lol i gave them $990 and now i just owe them $836 this friday in order for me to get my ticket. No problem i can get that money, i have my ways lol As for this past weekend....well after work on Friday i went to a Bar-b-que to celebrate with my friend Claire (and a bunch of others) her advancement at her work. As of last week she was some big head honcho person now at the Manitoba Theatre for Young People lol and its was all good, we had it at her friend Barry's house. He has a GREAT looking house and everyone loved it. Food was great, there was even cake and alcohol and lots of people. Claire of course got drunk and i had a few so i was beginning to feel a teeny bit tipsy lol by the time 12:30am came Claire was DRUNK and she was kissing everyone! Even me! ON THE LIPS i swear it was a huge surprise and wow it was a pretty crazy bar-b-que hahahaha So then she got into a pretty wicked arguement with her mom and i ended up leaving with her mom a little after 1am cuz i wanted to go home and sleep. Then Saturday came and i went to the computer at the drop-in centre that i normally go to and i chatted up a storm. I even got to see my best online friend Adil on cam!!! it was great cuz i never get to see him on cam and we had a blast! Then after that my mom made me come home cuz she thought i was gona die in the rain lol so when i was walking home it was BEAUTIFUL outside and i was like "you're wrong! im going shopping" lol so i went shopping and it started raining like crazy, damn dont ya just hate it when moms are right lol i bought lie 3 of everything that i will need for my trip and some snacks for me and my mom and evelyn. THEN Sunday i just went downtown to buy a nice black poncho for Egypt and a phone card to call my husband. After that i was lazy and i just sat around lol finally i decided i cant be lazy and i went to try to do laundry at my friends place. BUT my luck, the washer had broke just before i got there hahaha so me and Emily went to the laundry mat store but it was $2.00 per load to wash! Noway! so she called up her sister and i washed clothes in her apartment and we watched movies together for the rest of the night. Yup so there was my night and days lol a nice weekend and now here i am at work. I have to leave in 30 mins to go home and then go to Claires work to pick her up. Apparently she invited me to have supper with her sister Emily and Barry at Barry's house so we're going there and afterwards im helping her pack up her apartment cuz shes moving out on the day im leaving to Egypt, which is Sept 6th. I will miss everyone!!!!
