Well... I had the BEST TIME EVER! in Gettysburg. Ok.... Day 1...
Day 1, in the morning we picked up Dan and we left for Gettysburg. We stopped and Dan got beef jerky & I got a jalapeno pretzel (remember that pretzel). So then we went around the battlefeilds. It is so beautiful there. Dan and I went climbing on rocks that were about a quiet stream and we layed on the rocks, just listening to the stream, for an hour... ya didn't know it was that long... So then we went to Friendly's and I started feeling a little sick. Little did I know that jalapeno pretzel was attacking me and, well, I had to use the bathroom... When we got back to the bed and breakfast, Dan stayed begind with me, cause I was in pain. Then i felt better... Katie and I slept on a fold out couch, while Dan slept on the floor next to me. Dan and I were up @ 3 am so...... hehehehe... we were up til sunrise then we watched it from the porch. It was beautiful...
Day 2 ~ My grandma and pappy came down. Before they got there, we went to stores and Dan and I went off. I bought a sun, moon and star bracelet. He bought two types of hot sause for his dad and a fart extinguisher. Then we went to a Malt Shop. I got a mint chocolate chip malt and he got a moose track malt. Very Very good. LMAO Hey, it works! lol When my gma & pappy came down we ate, then we went on a double decker bus tour. Then we ate at some pizza shop. At 9 we went on a Ghost Walk. That was so awesome!!!! It was a perfect night and the stories were awesome! Then we went back to the room and went to sleep. Yes Dan and I woke up VERY early again. We watched the sunrise. It was very romantic, with the colors on the sky and the one star shining in the distance. I love him I love him I love him I love him!!!
Day 3 ~ We just ate breakfast at the bed and breakfast. Then we went to a little shop. Finally we saw the battlefeild one last time. Then we rode home. We stopped at Perkin's to eat. I will never eat a jalapeno pretzel ever again, I swear.
Well, that's Gettysburg. It was SO fun and awesome. I will live there someday, it's so beautiful. It's hard to believe that blood once ran through those streams. It seems...so peaceful. How ironic...
