To organize the hurly transit of random to-do lists I have never done... I am posting a colossal master list of things that MUST be completed before April 15. And... items that I am thankful for. This is open for commentary.
The Big Five:
1. Uchicago essays, transcript, and recommendations signed, sealed, delivered before January 1st.
2. Firesprinkler essay written and postmarked by January 5th.
3. Financial aid and FAFSA filled out before February 1st.
4. Uchicago Midyear Report sent by February 15th.
5. Holocaust Remembrance project postmarked by April 15th.
...and then some:
6. Find a resourceful job. Prospects:
-Bark Avenue (pet emporium)
-14 Carrot Whole Foods
-Carliana's (Cuban restaurant)
-French tutor
7. Learn to knit.
8. Buy a j,lc bumpersticker for imaginary car.
9. Get information about purchasing a city bike via monthly installment plan.
10. Check expedia.com/ amtrak.com for student discount tickets to NY or Chicago for mini spring break exodus from suburbia..
11. Read the following:
-Catch-22
-Things Fall Apart
-On the Road
-Heart of Darkness
-All Over But the Shoutin'
-Invisible Man
-Memoirs of a Geisha (for the second time)
12. Paint mural promoting awareness of Sudan crisis. Post it in the commons area at school.
