Ask not . . .

Listening to: none
Feeling: sorrowful
"Ask not for whom the bell tolls . . . it tolls for thee." When one is lost, the whole has taken a hit. A harbinger of our own mortality, especially the young. Once again, "every moment is enormous, and it is all we have." So we learn, and bless the soul who left us to teach us so.

It's intriguing that you and I both thought of John Donne.
yay, english lit...it always makes me feel better.
Thanks for appoligizing today, I really thought you were mad at me. I'm not really worried about the money. I'm sure it will turn up and if not, then at least I know I did all I could. Have a great day.

Thanks for the lesson today (9/20) in Eng. Lit. I found it very thought provoking and I can honestly say that I have learned more life-related things, from only a few weeks in your class, than I have learned from most of my other classes. It's true that I can apply mathematics and such to my life, but I don't think that I have ever thought more about what MY values and beliefs are than I do now. So, in closing, thanks. -E. Preston
Hey Miss Young! This is Emi! :) I just got one of these last week. It's fun! Anyways, I don't really have anything important to say. Have a splendiferous day! :)

This ties greatly into the English Lit. folk ballads we "partook" in today.

Hi. Nicole here. I'm keeping you posted on my college career. Next semester it's back to CMU to persue a degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology with a concentration in Special Education. I'm not made out for the life of research that is tagged on to Linguistics. On a good note...I scored higher on my phonetics exam than the three doctorate students that are in my class and a few of the masters students. I'm the only undergrad...I love it.
i know where you got that from and i agree with you the bell tolls for thee because miss bonnie barbara lost her true love
