*Chapter 25*

It was a bag from the local Pets Mart. “I have a surprise for you!” said Robbie as he pulled me up the stairs leading to our room. That’s what I loved about the new house there was a separate staircase that led up to our room and our room only. Our room was above the garage and the rest of the bedrooms were on the other side of the house. I loved it. When we got to the door I heard a little bark from inside the room. Robbie opened the door and I saw the cutest little puppy sitting on the bed. “She’s a west Highland Terrier. I guess you could call her a housewarming gift.” I ran over to the puppy and picked her up. She was licking my face and all I could do was smile. I had always wanted a dog. I had one before but he died and that’s started the downfall of my life. Robbie sat down beside and kissed me on the cheek. We walked down stairs and I still had the puppy in my arms. I was thinking of a name for her. Then it hit me… I named her Tilly. When I told Robbie her name he tried hard not to laugh. He took two pink bowls out of the bag along with a pink leash and collar with some treats, chew toys and food. We spent the rest of the day just playing with Tilly. Robbie also picked out this little dog tent for her to sleep in. That night I felt like shit. I kept throwing up. I felt bad because Robbie was up all night with me. I stayed home the next day. Robbie wanted to stay with me but I told him he had to go to school. I spent the entire day playing with Tilly. I had grown to love the little dog. It was about 3:30 and I went to the front door. Anna, Keera and Robbie would be home any minute. Then I felt it again. The feeling I had felt last night. I ran to the bathroom and started to throw up. I don’t remember anything after that. I woke up in bed with Janine watching me. “Are you okay?” she asked peering over her thick rimmed glasses. “No, I feel like I am going to get sick again!” I said almost hurling all over her. “We have to get you to a doctor.” Janine drove me Anna and Robbie to the hospital. When I got there they automatically took me into a room and they ran some tests. About an hour later the doctor came back into the room. “Well everything seems to be fine but………….. (( More to come soon! And whoever left that comment about the French thing in the last chapter. I know everyone doesn’t speak French in Canada.
