In a boy's dream...

Feeling: colorful
Yesterday I went back to school and was very miserable, then came home and was just about to napslashwatchMeanGirls when Sam decided to call me and tell me to come to the soccer game with him and to bring beverages for Katilyn & Jessica & Da Twinz. So I gathered up my jacket, moved it to the exit, then walked until I found my friends. Game was Boys' Varsity, Old Town vs. Hermon...I think Old Town won, 2-0. Afterwards I went to Calvin's and played hockey with the boys (Calvin, Nate, Sam, Tom, and Mike, then later Dave & Caleb Colon). I ownxorzed. Calvin said I was the star defender. Woohoo! I also cut my finger with my own fingernail, but we won't get into that. We'll just leave it at "Gretchen is dumb." After hockey, we started to watch Shaolin Soccer, but I had to leave so I simply told Calvin he'd have to let me borrow it sometime. Today was a half day, so all classes were only 40 minutes long and it was ultra-easy. Afterschool, however, I wasn't so sure what to do. I thought of going to Lindsay's, but she had to do something. Then I thought to ask Lily what she was doing afterschool, and she said she had to practice singing the national anthem with Mrs. Corliss but would find me afterwards, but she never found me. I walked to Rite Aid and bought a Sobe and a Milky Way and an eye crayon to paint my face with, then walked back over to the school. While walking from 3rd Wing to 4th, I stopped and talked to Paige. She asked what I was up to, and I just said I was hanging out there until the Field Hockey game, and then she told me to come to her house with her. So I ended up going to her house until the game. A whopping thanks goes out to Paige Clifton for being incredibly awesome. We made her "Field Hockey HOTT Mix", which I must say is very "hott" indeed. Varsity ended up losing their game 4 to 1, but J.V. tied 2-2. It was Hampden vs. Stearns. Stearns is goodddddd. For the Varsity game I sat with Lorena (Katie Lumino and some other girl were there too, later joined by Chelsea and CaseyormaybeCarly and Megan Worcester, who I swear is one of the most annoying people in the world, but really I just talked to Lorena). She kept calling my phone with Unknown Girl's phone, and she was like "I TOLD YOU TO SELL!" It was wicked funny. Obviously not to you, because it was an ultra-had-to-be-there moment, but hey. I thought I'd share anyway. For the J.V. game, I actually just decided to sit with the team on the bench and call everyone by buddy and pick a new best buddy every 5 minutes or so. I also told some girls I didn't know that they "light up my life", and I told Kristin Smith that she didn't light up my life, but that I would stop the world and melt with her. It was somewhat funny, I suppose. They laughed, but it could've been out of politeness. Ohhhhh well. Jenna Veinote thanked me for coming to the game, to which I responded, "You're welcome, Jenna. Thanks for playing the game." She laughed and I walked away to join my father, who arrived promptly at sometime to take me home. We stopped at Mainway, where I purchased a Chocolate Milk and a Chicken Salad sandwich, and we went home. And here I am now. I, my friends, am going to watch Mean Girls finally.
