april 22nd 2008 tuesday 5:40 pm i don't like manga or anime that much. there was a time when old anime like akira was my guilty pleasure. that period of my life only lasted a few days. anyways, i was bored and tried to draw myself in a very basic "anime format." the above picture is the result of my attempt. my glasses don't look like that, but it's close enough! big hair + big glasses + small mouth last night i visited a friend who was placing a bid on ebay for a mic and it's case. he won. i'm not sure if he got a deal on it, but he was pleased with his winnings. he wants to make his room / closet a small recording studio. he made me rap. he chose a beat in the background and told me to make up a rhyme. i rapped about growing up in the philippines sipping halo-halo and climbing coconut trees. my rap credibility went up last night, of course. i wouldn't say it was the most embarrassing moment of my life, but it was pretty silly. i can't fucking rap, but it was fun.
