my dad and i shared vegetable fried rice, "sauteed veggies deluxe" and vegetarian sushi (???!). uh, i guess it was fusion chinese-japanese...cooked up western style
as far as US cities go, i think it would be hard to beat Portland, OR. But as far as Californian cities go, SF is definitely one of the better ones. The Bay Area in general I find to be a lot more pleasant than the sunny beaches and superficial faces of So. Cal.
