No pain; No gain

Owe... so I just got back from my gym and holy crap does my back and my bisceps hurt like no other. I told my trainer that I wanted to train for swim team and that I kind of want to just focus on my upper body and wow he worked my just only about 3 of my muscles today and holy cow, I literally can't even lift my cell phone up right now... they are that over worked and over used. So ya, maybe by the end of summer I might finally have some muscle to me. Oh, and my trainer also said that I have eat... constantly. He was like even if you dont' feel like eating... just eat, I thought it was really funny. Anyway, hope everyone has a really fun day today... take care ~Kris
