So my trainer pushed me insanely hard at my gym today... like harder than my body has really ever been pushed before... and he was like wow i am impressed, but I got very dehydrated because of it... and it almost made me sick, and he was like that is a good sign... it means that we stopped at exactly the right time. I think that my trainer is absolutely insane... lol... oh well. Anyhow I just got of work so I am going to go and do something that is actually constructive with my time... hope everyone is having fun ~Kris

I love the idea of having a trainer...I'm actually doing some exercises of my own...but I need some one to motivate me a little more..(to hold my hand maybe).and I just want 2 do it to get into shape..and learn to take wicked better care of my body...but...I just saw ur journal and thought it was cool that u are getting into shape w/a trainer...I didn't read all of ur journal..but r u into sports?
