walking

okay,so im not athletic at all,but i do feel like it,im going to walk 4 km soon,and im sick so i dont know if thats a good idea,but the 4 km i walked on saturday wouldnt be worth it if i didnt continue walking.i asked kassi but shes going to the mall,so i guess im on my own,id like to get in shape so maybe i can start rugby.i want to loose at least 15 or 10 pounds by the end of this month.soo i guess im gonna get dried off and then ill go for my walk.
